THOR Blade, Needle and Ball Electrodes

THOR Electrodes are coated in high-grade PTFE, making surgery faster and less disrupted. Tips come in both open and guarded options, ensuring alternate site thermal injuries are minimised when operating in limited space.

The ONE Blade

The ONE Blade from Waves Medical is a single instrument used for Incision, Coagulation and Dissection. The ONE Blade improves speed, precision and efficiency during surgery through the ONE Blade geometry. Energy is focused and precise, resulting in clean cutting with minimal thermal necrosis.

THOR Laparoscopic Electrodes

THOR Laparoscopic Electrodes are coated in high-grade PTFE, making surgery faster and less disrupted. Reintroduction during surgery is minimised whilst lower power settings make for safer surgery. Disposable electrodes provide a new fully insulated shaft for each case, preventing stray current and unintended burns.

THOR LLETZ and C-LETZ Electrodes

THOR LLETZ and C-LETZ Electrodes are manufactured using fine Tungsten wire for better heat resistance. They have full insulation throughout the shaft and can be used to accurately remove diseased tissue whilst preserving healthy tissue. Colour coded and disposable with 14 different size options.

Smoke Evacuation

Our smoke solution includes Slimline Telescopic and Non-Telescopic smoke hand pieces that come with a quality PTFE coated tip as standard. Surgical smoke is captured right at the source to ensure maximum visibility and safety for all theatre staff and the patient.

Auckland Reusable Return Electrodes

The Auckland Patient Return Electrode is a large current-limiting gel pad. It provides increased safety to the patient and acts as a fully waterproof and reusable pressure reduction pad.It removes the need for disposable sticky plates during diathermy procedures, removing any risk of patient harm due to pad-site burns.
